I quit my job this week to move to Orlando and attend Le Cordon Bleu Orlando for patisserie and baking.

I'm as close to broke as anyone should be before deciding to move across the state to pursue my dream.

I'm leaving behind my boyfriend, my family, and the steadiest job I've ever had.

I'm equal parts terrified and excited, but mostly, I'm ready.
